OpenAI, a leader in generative AI, remains a nominal startup since its financial statements are not officially published. However, unofficial sources indicate that its revenue will more than triple this year.
According to Bloomberg, OpenAI’s revenue last year was around $3.7 billion, while projections for this year suggest growth to $12.7 billion. Next year, the pace will slow, but revenue is still expected to more than double, reaching $29.4 billion. As of September last year, OpenAI had anticipated earning only $11.6 billion in 2025, making the current projections significantly higher.
