Google is testing a new expanded menu for its search business profile management tool.
According to webmasters who were included in the test sample, the update allows to expand the advanced options for editing a business profile directly in the Google search desktop interface by clicking on the arrow.
Most experts rate the innovation as positive, since many of the options now placed in the search menu are quite difficult to find in the usual interface, says SearchEngines.
NIX Solutions adds that Google is increasingly insisting on verifying the business profiles of companies using video. Since the end of 2021, the company has set this verification method as the default option for newly created business profiles. However, now more and more users are faced with the fact that video verification is offered as the only option.
